Impact Assessment

The Impact Assessment will be used to guide the council in the decision making process of the design.
Use our services to ensure your plans have the best chance of approval.

An impact assessment looks at the likely impact the proposed development will have on the trees located on the site based on the design plans. Based on this information it will recommend if the proposed design can be accommodated without any adverse effects on the trees. If the design is found to have adverse effects on trees of high or significant retention value council is likely to decline the application.

The impact assessment would make recommendation on possible design modifications or work methods which would reduce or minimise the potential impact on the proposed design on the trees. The Impact Assessment will be used as a tool to guide the council in the decision making process of the design as it will outline the impact on the trees located on or adjacent to the proposed development.
